Customisation Guide

A keepsake begins with your companion’s story.

Our personalised collection is in preparation. This guide helps you gather ideas before ordering opens; available designs and the final order process will be confirmed with each product.

1 · Start with clear photos

Choose well-lit photos that show your pet’s face and distinctive markings. Avoid filters that change colours or features. For a full-body idea, include photos showing the pose from more than one angle. Keep the original files when possible.

2 · Decide what matters most

Think about a familiar expression, a favourite pose, a name, or a short message. Consider whether the keepsake is for yourself, a gift, or a personal remembrance. The options offered will depend on the confirmed design.

3 · Confirm the practical details

Before placing an order, confirm the product, material, dimensions, personalisation, total price, destination, shipping cost, production time, and any design approval or revision arrangements. A requested arrival date is not a delivery guarantee.

4 · Keep your order information

When ordering becomes available, retain the confirmed specification and order reference. These help identify the details agreed for your keepsake.

A note about photos

Only provide photographs you have permission to use. You do not need to include people, identity documents, addresses, or other unrelated personal information in a pet reference photo.
