Can I order now?
Not yet. Paw & Keepsake is preparing its personalised collection. Ordering will open when product specifications, pricing, fulfilment arrangements, and customer policies have been confirmed.
What kinds of keepsakes are planned?
The collection directions include pet sculptures, personalised jewellery such as bracelets and necklaces, everyday keepsakes, and memorial gifts. These are development directions; the final available designs will be listed individually.
What photos should I prepare?
Clear, well-lit original photos showing the face and distinctive features are a useful starting point. Avoid colour-changing filters. Additional angles may help with a full-body or three-dimensional idea. Read the Customisation Guide.
Which materials and sizes can I choose?
These have not yet been confirmed. Check the published specification of the final product before ordering. A photograph or collection description does not establish the material, dimensions, or finish.
How much will it cost?
Prices and the selling currency have not yet been published. Any confirmed order should state the product price, applicable shipping charges, and any other charges before payment.
Do you ship to my country?
Delivery destinations and shipping costs are still being confirmed. A language option does not mean that delivery is available to every country where that language is spoken.
How long will production and delivery take?
Production times and delivery estimates will be confirmed for the selected product and destination. Please do not rely on an unconfirmed date for an occasion or gift.
Can I approve or change the design?
Design approval and revision arrangements will be stated for each product before an order is accepted. No standard number of revisions or approval stage has been promised yet.
What are the cancellation and return rules?
The policies are being prepared and will be published before ordering opens. Do not assume a particular cancellation period or return condition from another shop’s policy.
Which languages are available?
The homepage is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Arabic. Other pages may currently be available only in English. Translated wording has not been independently reviewed by a professional translator.
