Each piece is made to order. Production takes approximately 7 days. Production and transit are separate stages; your delivery estimate is confirmed before payment.
Standard International Shipping
Our standard shipping rate for eligible small keepsakes is US$12 per order. Destination and parcel eligibility must be confirmed with your quotation. Medium and large sculptures, portrait busts, oversized parcels and destinations outside the available standard routes require an individual shipping quote.
International enquiries are welcome. Delivery availability depends on the destination, postcode, parcel size and the carrier’s current service coverage. We confirm shipping costs and estimated delivery times before accepting payment.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Transit times vary by destination and service. No single delivery time applies to every country. Customs processing, remote addresses and carrier disruptions may affect arrival. Tracking details and the actual carrier are provided after dispatch.
